Avacyn Restored, the final set of the Innistrad block is almost here and as we have traditionally done, we will be hosting the pre-release for the event(s) on April 28th-29th. As always, we kick things off with a Midnight event. We will host a second event on Saturday April 28th at 6:00pm. Both these events will feature the Helvault.
What is a Helvault pre-release?
"The Helvault is central to the Magic: The Gathering Avacyn Restored storyline. The Avacyn Restored Prerelease will bring the excitement of this storyline to the Prerelease event and offer an exclusive and unique experience to your Magic players!" We will be receiving an exclusive "Helvault" kit from Wizards of the Coast. The kit will remain sealed until it is time for the event. As players progress and earn achievements throughout the event, they will break off parts of the seal of the Helvault. Once the helvault has been opened, the "loot" will be shared amongst the participants.
Please Note that the Helvault event(s) will be limited to a maximum of 54 participants each; so we highly encourage you to pre-register for the event. Just stop by the store, let us know which event you wish to partake, pre-pay the $25 entry fee, and pre-register so that you are guaranteed a spot in the event.

Friday Night/Saturday Midnight Flight with Helvault.
Entry Fee - $25
Format - Sealed Deck
Start Time - Saturday, 12:01 AM (yes that Friday night/Saturday Morning)
Product - Six (6) Booster packs of Avacyn Restored.
Prizes - Booster prizing will also be awarded based on Participation (2 Packs of Avacyn Restored will be added to the prize pool for each participant). Additional information on Promo card(s) will be available soon.
Rounds - This event will be Exactly four rounds. Winner will be determined based on the standings of the Swiss Tournament.
Saturday 04/28/2012 6:00pm Flight with Helvault.
Entry Fee - $25
Start Time - Saturday, 6:00 PM, Yes that does gives you enough time to sleep after the midnight flight.
Product - Six (6) Booster packs of Avacyn Restored.
Prizes - Booster prizing will also be awarded based on Participation (2 Packs of Avacyn Restored will be added to the prize pool for each participant). Additional information on Promo card(s) will be available soon.
