How We Determine Shipping Charges
Your Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are determined by one or more of the following criteria:
1. the weight and size of your items;
2. the number of packages required to send them to you;
3. the delivery zip code.

Where to Find your Shipping Charges
You will see the exact shipping amount for your order before you check out. You can see your shipping charges in the cart and it will automatically update as you add items if you have entered your zip code.
Back Orders, and what we ship

In very rare occasions that an order cannot be completed due to depleted stock, your order will be automatically placed on back order for 30 days.  In most occasions of a back order, your credit card will not be charged until the item is back in stock.
Special Requests
If you wish other shipping arrangements, you can request them in the comments box at check out. This would include such things as –

do not backorder
*next day delivery
*ship 2 day delivery
ship Prioriy mail
Etc.
   
Transit Times
We do not provide any guarantees on the transit time. The estimates provided during check out are those from couriers and we, are not responsible for the transit time after the product has left our facility. Please note that USPS (our primary courier) does not provide tracking information, just delivery confirmations.  If you require package tracking, please select UPS.


In Store Purchase Return Policy
ALL IN STORE SALE ARE FINAL. We believe that our customers should always be pleased with their purchase, however, due to the nature of the products we offer, returns are limited to select items only. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations*, you have 48 hours from the time of receipt to return it in it's original packaging/condition. We will gladly exchange it for same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item or issue you a store credit.

Mail Order 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe that our customers should always be pleased with their purchase. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations*, you have 14 days from the time of receipt to return it in it's original condition. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange it for same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item. Item(s) purchased at our physical store(s) can only be exchanged for another item or receive a store credit.

Return Exceptions
Due to the nature of some of the products we sell (trading cards boosters, sealed boxes, etc.), some items can not be returned once they are opened. These include, but not limited to, Trading card boosters packs, tins, boxes; sealed/select comics books; board games with interior packaging opened; comic books with digital codes; trading card gaming sleeves; action figures and statues; software; movies, and video games. Comic books and & Graphic Novels must not display any sign of wear or tear. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
We do our best to make sure that your product is well packaged to ensure that it arrives safely to you; however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. All we request is notification upon receipt of goods.

How to Return an Item
Please call our customer service department at  818-709-0599 or email us at  service@njoy.us attention customer service and tell us: 
1. Your invoice number and when your received your shipment. 
2. The reason for the return.
3. Which action you'd like us to take:
 refund, replacement, or exchange.
We will issue a return authorization number. We can only receive and process shipments with a return number on the outside of the package.
Non-defective merchandise must be returned  to us in 100% saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
 Please package your return properly.

UPS and Federal Express are the preferred carriers for sending back returns because they provide shipping insurance and tracking services. Please remember that Njoy Games & Comics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Crediting Your Refund
Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a credit to the credit card the purchase was made from. If you paid for your merchandise by check or money order, please allow two to four weeks for refund check to be processed.
